In an oral presentation, encore data for intravenous VRDN-001 including preliminary clinical results from a Phase 1/2 study will be highlighted. VRDN-001 is a full antagonist antibody targeting the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) and is currently in two Phase 3 clinical studies for active and chronic TED respectively.
